Dibz is a home search app and website for Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area: homes for sale and for rent on one map, with the details that help you decide.
What Dibz is
Dibz shows MLS® listings across Toronto and the GTA on a map: 36,273 homes for sale and 19,221 homes for rent in the cities we cover (as of October 9, 2026). You can search by city or neighbourhood, filter rentals by the part of the house you want, save homes to lists you share, and see how long the drive is from the places you go.
Signed-in members also see sold prices, listing history and value estimates, as MLS® rules require. Creating an account is free.
Who runs Dibz
Dibz is built by Plancier Technologies Inc., an Ontario company, and operated by HighPoint Homes Realty, Brokerage, a licensed real estate brokerage in Ontario. When you ask to see a home, a licensed agent helps you.
Where the listings come from
Listing information comes from the MLS® System through PropTx under licence from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and it is for consumers with a bona fide interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate. Each listing shows the brokerage that listed it.
What you can do on Dibz
- Share saved lists with a partner, family or roommates
- See drive times from work, school and family
- Search by neighbourhood and see lot lines on a satellite map
- Find upper, main-floor and basement rentals, kept apart from rooms
- Book a showing with up to 3 times that suit you
On your phone
Dibz works in any browser at dibz.ca. The Android app is on Google Play, and the iPhone app is in beta on TestFlight.
