Who runs Dibz

Dibz (the app and dibz.ca) is built and run by Plancier Technologies Inc., Ontario, Canada, and is operated for HighPoint Homes Realty, Brokerage, the brokerage whose MLS® membership the listing data is provided under. Plancier Technologies Inc. is a technology company, not a brokerage. Agents on Dibz are independent licensed real estate professionals.

Listing information

Listing information comes from the MLS® System through PropTx under licence from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx or TRREB. It is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties they may be interested in buying, selling or leasing, and is shown to people who have a genuine interest in doing so.

Each listing shows the brokerage that listed it. Listings that are no longer on the market and sold or leased prices are shown only to signed-in members, as MLS® rules require.

Using Dibz data

• Don't copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or republish listing information, in whole or in part, or use it to build another product.
• Don't use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect data from Dibz.
• Listing information and photos may not be used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or for any other commercial purpose.

Estimates and tools

Value estimates, AI summaries, neighbourhood insights, drive times and the mortgage calculator are automated estimates to help you explore. They are not appraisals and not financial, legal, tax or mortgage advice.
